Does my saddle fit?

Poor saddle fit can cause:
o Open sores
o White or broken hairs
o Temporary swellings after removing the saddle
Poor saddle fit can also cause:

o Your horse to fidget when mounted
o Your horse to be unable to stand still
o Your horse to object to being saddled or girthed
o Your horse to resist brushing, shoeing, turning, stopping, collection and lead changes
Back pain from poor saddle fit can cause a horse to:
o Refuse under saddle
o Go better to one side than the other
o Rear and buck
o Be "cold-backed" and slow to warm up
o Have difficulty rounding the back or neck
o Not want to stride out
o Refuse, twist, or rush over jumps
o Resist making transitions
o Have problems increase as the competition season goes along
